Summary

Potion Sort is an offline-first puzzle game. All 999 levels ship inside the app and your progress lives on your device. We do not create accounts and do not ask for your email. The only data that leaves your device is what Google’s ad and diagnostics services need to work — and none of it identifies you personally.

Data the app stores on your device

The following data is created and kept locally on your device:

• Your game progress: unlocked levels, stars, coins, and daily-challenge streaks
• App preferences: sound, haptics, and the color-blind symbols setting

There is no cloud save and no account. Uninstalling the app deletes this data; we cannot see, recover, or reset it.

Third-party services we use

Google AdMob (ads)

The game contains the Google Mobile Ads SDK. It shows an occasional full-screen ad after you complete a level — never during play — and optional rewarded ads that you choose to watch in exchange for in-game boosters (extra undos, an extra vial, streak repair). Google may collect and process:

• Your device’s Advertising ID (a resettable identifier that Android provides for ads)
• Coarse location (typically inferred from IP) and device/network information that AdMob needs to serve and measure ads
• Ad interaction events (impressions, clicks, rewarded completions)

Google’s handling of this data is governed by Google’s own policies:

• AdMob privacy policy
• How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services

Where required by law (for example in the EEA/UK), the app shows a consent dialog before serving personalized ads, and you may decline. You can also opt out of personalized advertising at any time via your device’s system settings (Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads).

Google Firebase (crash reporting & analytics)

To find crashes and fix unfair difficulty spikes, the app uses Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Analytics, which collect:

• Crash logs (device model, OS version, stack traces)
• Anonymous gameplay events — for example “level 42 completed in 30 moves” or “rewarded ad watched”

These events contain no personal information, no account identifiers, and nothing you typed. Firebase data is processed by Google under its own terms: Firebase privacy.

Data we collect ourselves

None. We run no servers and no backend of our own. Everything above is processed by Google’s SDKs; we only ever see aggregated, anonymous statistics.

Permissions the app requests

• Internet — so the Google Mobile Ads SDK can fetch ads and Firebase can upload crash reports. With no connection the game still works fully — ads simply don’t appear.
• Network state — lets the ads SDK check whether a connection exists.

The app does not request access to your location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos, or files, and it sends no notifications.

Children

Potion Sort is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Your choices

• Disable personalized ads — Android system settings → Privacy → Ads
• Play without ads appearing — the game is fully playable offline
• Delete your data — uninstall the app
